The sessions are 50 minutes long, online or in person, and are held once weekly. Online sessions are delivered via Zoom or Skype.

Sessions are at regular times: your slot is only yours, on the same day and time each week.

We can schedule an initial consultation in which you can get a sense of how we might work together.

My standard fee is £60 for a 50 minute session.

The initial consultation is £70 and takes about an hour.
